A huge thank you to all those who turned out to support us at the Rosebank Playing Fields for our Easter Egg Hunt.
Over 70 children turned up with their parents and in total we gave out 40 easter prizes to those who entered bonnets and eggs and all those who found easter eggs with a prize ticket inside in the egg hunt.
A special thank you too, to the Easter Bunny who made lots of little people happy, Hallie Bremner for officially opening our Crazy Golf and the sun for shining brightly.
We would like to thank Johnson Controls at Dounreay, The Community Payback Team and A&W Sinclair for helping to refurbish the outdated crazy golf course.
We really do appreciate your support and hope that you will all continue to use the Rosebank Playing Fields in the months ahead.
Our next event is a Fun Day on 11th July, the day of the Queen's Baton Relay.

Just to let everyone know that the Rosebank Playing Fields will be open from today 5th April at 2pm. We are delighted to announce that the very popular Crazy Golf has now been refurbished and apart from some finishing artwork touches, is ready for use. We would like to thank the Community Pay Back team (Bob Miller supervisor, in particular) along with Johnson Controls and A. & W. Sinclair, Ruther Quarry for all their hard work and donations. Without you all this would not have been possible.
We also have the usual tennis, football and bowling and the bouncy castle will be back as from Monday. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there right through until September and hopefully some good weather along with it. A date for your diary will be 11th July, the Queen's Baton Relay Day, when we will have lots of fun things planned throughout the day, including a climbing tower and live music. Watch this space.
More information or bookings can be had by telephoning 07770899728 or Wick 603174.

Wick Youth Club are delighted to announce that they will be taking over the running of the Rosebank Playing Fields.
This now means that it can remain open for public use seven days a week from 2pm to 9pm.
We want more people, particularly families, to start using the facilities and are looking at ways of doing this.
We also need volunteers to help out, so if you can spare a couple of hours, please get in touch on Wick 603174.
The crazy golf course and play equipment will be given a long overdue make-over and we will also be making a bouncy castle available.
We hope to offer more by way of food and drink and possibly create an outside area where parents can enjoy a coffee while their children play. As well as outside sports activities we also hope to offer kids arts and crafts and the chance to watch cartoons in the pavilion, particularly if the weather isn't nice.
We are also looking at daily summer holiday's activities, Kids' Clubs, football coaching and Family Fun Days. We would welcome suggestions from the public as to what they would like to see there and what could we make available that would encourage more use by the public.
We want this to work and need you support. We look forward to hearing from you.
